Higher ed institutions across the country are in the process of developing and implementing guided pathways, yet there is no one playbook to achieve this practice. Institutions have to grapple with questions such as, “how do we align our curriculum with program maps?” and “how do we help our students understand this new structure and stay on path?”. To effectively roll out guided pathways, institutions must examine the data and academic processes behind their curriculum to understand how to effectively operationalize program maps.
